My charger for the worx gt has stopped working. How can I go about getting one since i don't see it on the parts list?

IT look like l am not the only one with the problem with the soon cover,l cant get any at dealers and they said it myth take up to 6 month to get that part ,it a no sense.IF we cant get part in my country you shoultn sell your product in Canada. my product is Worx 2in1 grass trimmer/edger wg150 Thank you
