Under most circumstances, if a Worx tool breaks due to a defect, it will be replaced or the necessary replacement parts will be provided free of charge. A tool may not be eligible for replacement if it is determined that the damage was caused by abuse, accidental drop or crushing, use for commercial purposes, lack of proper maintenance or normal wear and tear.Related Articles

I am starting my fourth season with the worx trimmer and have not had any problems. Both batteries are still charging and still give me about 30 minutes each of strong power. I am a pro with it now after three good years of use. It is a great lightweight trimmer for the small to medium yards. Don't be afraid to try it. -

I ordered the combo tools, and they work very nicely and light weight, but the batteries malfunctions after 4 charges. It looks like Worx has problems with the new batteries. I have two quick charge batteries, one came with the combo package, one from Amazon.com, and both went out within a week apart. Worx is replacing both batteries, and I hope this is the end of my batteries problem. -
