If a tool breaks, will you replace it for free?
Under most circumstances, if a Worx tool breaks due to a defect, it will be replaced or the necessary replacement parts will be provided free of charge. A tool may not be eligible for replacement if it is determined that the damage was caused by abuse, accidental drop or crushing, use for commercial purposes, lack of proper maintenance or normal wear and tear.

I just lost the text of four questions I had entered in this comment box because this screen gave me a red letter response that I must 'enter the code' posted below the comment box. I did, in fact, enter the code that was displayed - so I don't understand your system - it definitely has not been user friendly to me........
