I purchased the Worx GT with the lithium battery in May. According to your advertisement on tv, your product with the lithium battery can cut up to a size of a football field. Well it doesn't! Mine only lasted for 15-20 minutes. The commercial gave the impression that it can cut a big yard everytime you use it. I called customer service to make a complaint thinking the battery was the problem and the representative gave me a hard time saying its only suppose to last 15 minutes or so depending what kind of grass you have. Are you F-ing kidding me?! The representative said people usually buy a second battery as a backup when the first battery dies which will cost me a hundred something dollars. Why in the world would I buy another battery that almost cost as much as the crappy product that can only last for 15 minutes?!?! I was told the potential of the edge trimmer can cut a size of a football field in its lifetime! All I have to say that this product is a piece of crap. I can see why the battery is on back order cause its giving everyone else problems too. I would be lucky if anyone gets to read this review because I see their website only posts "positive" reviews.

I purchased a Worx Trimmer June 5th 2008 with one extra battery. I lost one battery July of 2009 and ordered a new one. My problem is the new batttery will not hold a charge. My original battery tests out at 19 volts and holds the charge good.
The replacement battery lose in charge down to 7 volts in a 12 hour period and if I use it, it drops down in a matter of minutes. Is there a way this battery can be repaired or replaced?
