1. How can I get parts for my Worx product?
   Replacement parts and accessories are only available by calling the WORX customer care center at 1-866-354-9679.
2. Are products available at the time I order?
   All products are available for shipment at the time of order unless otherwise noted on the respective product detail pages found on this website.
3. I haven’t yet received an order confirmation via email. Where is it?
   If you haven't ordered yet, be sure to add donotreply@worxyardtools.com to your email "white list" or address book. If you have, please check your “junk mail” folder in case it has inadvertently been routed there by email filters.
4. What is a “coupon code”? What is it good for and how can I get one?
   From time to time Worx makes special offers available through various media outlets. If you receive a discount code from one of these promotions you can redeem your code on our website during the checkout process. Otherwise, coupon codes are not made available online or over the phone.
