1. I selected the 3-pay payment method. When are the payments charged?
   The initial payment is made at the time that the product is shipped along with any shipping and handling charges. The second payment is made approximately 30 days after the initial ship date. The third payment is made approximately 60 days after the initial ship date.
2. What forms of payment do you accept online?
   American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Electronic Check, Money order or Personal Check. (Note: the 3-pay payment option is only available if paid using a credit card.)
3. Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
   Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to California, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
