I ordered mine 3 years ago and I still love it. It would have been nice if the battery would hold charge for a little longer than it does. I just plug it in to charge when I start mowing and it is normally charged enough by the time I am ready to use it.

The Worx tools have made my yard work easier, my lawn looks good on the edges and around trees and other areas of my home, my yard has never looked better, having a big 1 1/2 acre yard that used to take up to four hours was too much to take in one day, now with the Works GT, Works Blower and hedge trimmer my work is less than half of what it used to be I love My Works products. Good craftsmanship, durability and are very light and easy to use.

Brought the trimmer about a month ago and I love it!!!!!! Trim the the yard in no time quick flip and edge in no time. Great product!!! When I brought my home my yard was in bad shape now Im the envy of the block.And everyone is trying to keep up with me!!! Thanks Worx!!!!!

I am a 76 year old, 5'2" woman who has no trouble at all working with this wonderful dual unit. It is the best tool for working in the yard that we have ever owned....what I refer to each time I use it as a humdinger!

Have had my trimmer for 2 years now, love it. Have three properties so there is alot of
trimming and this one gets them all done. Have had gas and electric ones and this beats them all. Like that it adjust to me, is light weight, handles great and have never had problem with line feeding. Best trimmer I've ever owned and highly recommend it to all.

Love it, love it, love it. I mow and trim 3 acres every 4 to 6 days depending on rainfall and hate my husband's heavy gas trimmer. It hasn't been started since I bought this trimmer. Battery life is too short considering my trimming is a lot of thistle and sweet clover but there isn't a product out there that is as good for battery life and it slices through thistle and clover like butter. I bought an extra battery. Problem solved. I could almost use a third battery so going to try the Lithium next. As far as I'm concerned the gas trimmer is a thing of the past unless my husband wants to put his shoulder out trying to start it.

I just purchased a WG-166 24volt trimmer/edger. I purchased two other trimmers/edgers but they were not user friendly or reliable. So i returned them and purchased the worx WG166 and i don't mind telling you this is a real state of the art product.I was able to trim and edge my yard (.50 acres ) on one battery charge. That's amazing ! I highly recommend any worx product especially the WG166, you will love it. John Vergot Milton, Delaware.

I bought one a few years ago and simply love it, took it to Florida and will leave it there and buy a new one for up north. Always have had enough power and length of life on the battery before needing a charge. Had thought about the lithium battery style but it probably makes better sense to stick with the regular battery style since it has always worked for me. Can say only positive things about it, good design, very light weight and very easy to handle and love the edging feature.

I have had my edger/trimmer now for a year and I am very pleased with it. It works great for me. I would suggest to anyone with a large yard like mine they get the extra battery which I plan to order now. Although I will say I have worked using mine for a year and have only wished for the 2nd battery a few times. Also during this time I am on my second spool only; this line does not break like the others. Recomment this highly.

I bought this trimmer for my dad and we both love it. In one word it's FANTASTIC. I can trim both my yards and the neighbor's lawn on one charge. The extra battery is so helpful, If one dies, I have another one ready. It eats through the thickest grass and my dad likes the auto feed on it. Overall, this is one of the best outdoor investments I have ever made!

Being a Kidney Dialysis patient I can now operate the worx gt trimmer without the proplems of my gasoline trimmer ( pull,pull,pull......) What a workout! and now with the worx gt I can cut my yard more often,and edge it up with precision, which means a lot to me.

I LOOKED AROUND AT SEVERAL BRANDS AND MY DAUGHTER FINALLY SET ME RIGHT AND LET ME TRY OUT HER WORX TRIMMER. THE THING I LIKE BEST ARE THE WHEELS ADDED TO IMPROVE AND SIMPLIFY EDGING. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT OTHER BRANDS HAVEN'T PICKED UP ON THIS INNOVATION. IT IS WHAT SOLD ME ON THIS TOOL. I HAVE READ THAT SOME COMPLAIN ABOUT THE BATTERY LIFE. I FIND IT TO BE MORE THAN ENOUGH POWER. MY PROPERTY IS A LITTLE OVER A THIRD OF AN ACRE AND I HAVE POWER TO SPARE. MANY THANKS FOR A FINE, EASY TO USE TOOL.

have used my new edger/trimmer only twice, but LOVE IT. ergonomically awesome, light. I'm viewing it as a 'precision trimmer', because I can get sooo much closer to my edging that has decorative rock behind it without fear of rocks flying everywhere. It's making yard care for this OCD yard person just plain 'sweet'. Battery power is great as well; I've got a good size yard with lots of trimming and the battery did it all (& it DOES keep it's full power all the way through).

I have had 2 back surgeries so I needed a light weight trimmer and edger and I found one Hell of a good product. I would suggest buying the second battery, because I am not starting to see my battery get weaker. I just bought the second battery. This product is worth the money.

This trimmer is everything that the company tells you it is. It is light weight and with me being 60 years old it is a great help. I still love to do yard work and the heavier trimmers made it to difficult for me with my bad back. I have used my trimmer for 2 years and I absolutely love it. I bought an extra battery and I find that having the extra one enables me to complete all of my yard work, trimming and edging front and back yards, all at the same time. You can't go wrong with this product. I'm not an easy sell but this product has won me over.

I have used my worx trimmer for 3 months and I have to say that I am very impressed with this little powerhouse. I have an acre lot and the worx takes care of it not problem, but I do recommend that you get a second battery because you do start to notice loss in power after about 25 minutes.. No problem. Just pop that second battery on and you are good to go! I also would recommend following the instructions as they tell you to completely drain the batteries after the first 5 uses because this does help the battery time increase to its full capacity as I have started to recognize. It is a little powerhouse like I said, but it isn't going to take down those extra thick patches of weed(it will get most of it but not all). But for normal yard work it will definitely get the job done!! I was skeptical at first, but not anymore and I highly anticipate receiving the leaf blower. Battery power is so much better than mixing oil and gas any day of the week. This is a fantastic tool and a great buy.

October 26, 2009 Just finished 2nd full season with this fantastic product. I have told anyone who will listen about what an incredible, time saving tool it is. Brothers in law were skepticle of battery power. Got a chance to show em in person on 4th of July, both purchased one and rave about them. By the way i just received 6 more spools of replacement line for free (well almost, shipping came to $4.98) you cant beat this deal !!!!
